Thermo-tap

The Thermo-tap is a conceptual app-enabled thermostat that uses a minimalistic approach to temperature control.

We designed the product experience using inspiration from traditional mercury thermometers and Neumorphism. The product ecosystem is free from distractions and uses form to inform user interactions for an intuitive and approachable user experience.

We leveraged the app for the most complex features and the hardware for the most used features in the home for a contextual and minimal product ecosystem.
